Rev. Sam Santiago and his team launched The Second Chance Ministry with the mission of feeding the Homeless of Lincoln County. Second chance ministry will provide meals and emergency food packages to homeless and unemployed people of all races and faiths in Lincoln County. The team will also distribute care packages.
Saturdays at 3:00 PM (weather permitting), the location will be in the area of Christian ministry's.
